All care decisions are made collaboratively between you and your chiropractor based on your individual needs.

For that reason, Back & Go Chiropractic does not guarantee specific outcomes from care.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

Back & Go is primarily a walk-in chiropractic center for new and established patients.

For convenience, new patients may optionally schedule a time for their first visit.

If you book a new patient appointment and need to adjust or cancel it, we simply ask that you let us know when you can — as a courtesy to the flow of the day.

There are no penalties or fees. Just communication when possible.

Existing patients may walk in during open hours without scheduling.

Back & Go Chiropractic reserves the right to adjust scheduling policies as needed to support patient flow and care.

4. Payment & Wellness Plans

Payment for individual visits is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

For patients enrolled in a Wellness Plan, monthly payments are processed securely through the automatic billing method provided at enrollment. This allows uninterrupted access to ongoing care.

Pricing, packages, and services may change over time to reflect evolving care offerings.

Additional details about your plan will always be explained clearly and simply when you sign up — with no surprises and no hidden terms.

5. Privacy & Protection

Your personal and health information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and all applicable privacy laws.

We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, Back & Go Chiropractic makes no guarantees regarding outcomes from information provided on this website.

Use of this website is at your own discretion and responsibility.

7. Modifications
